Science is taught as a practical, enquiry-led subject: general science at KS2, then Physics, Chemistry and Biology as integrated or separate sciences through GCSE.
Weekly feedback and small groups keep students curious and confident, and required practicals are threaded through the course so results come from understanding, not memorising.
