• Student details: where provided by a parent or guardian — a child’s name, age and year group — strictly for arranging tuition.

3. How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and arrange assessments (legitimate interest).
• To provide the tuition services you have asked for (contract).
• To send optional updates about mock exams and centre news (consent, opt-out any time).

4. Children’s information

We only collect children’s information where it is provided by a parent or guardian, and only what is needed to provide tuition. We never market directly to children.

5. Sharing and storage

Your details are stored securely and are only accessible to Leap Tutors staff. We use trusted third-party providers for hosting and email delivery; they process data only on our instructions. We never sell personal information.

6. Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from last contact unless you become a client, in which case records are kept for the duration of tuition plus a reasonable period.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email admin@leaptutors.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
